Ye Ye – Daphini
A skuttering 4/4 rhythm layered with dirty techno chords and snapping 808 drums, punctuated by and urgent headspace vocals
Sicko Cell – Unknown Artist
Stripped 808 patterns, phased bassline, demonically pitched down vocal sample with house inspired chords ringing out in the background.
Deep Inside (Pearson Sound Refix) – Hardive Percussive arrangement nodding back to the 90s Chicago juke, cowbells resonating in vacant spaces with a vocal sample relooping in a hypnotising repetition.

4/4 irregular drum beats define the breakbeat genre and apparently characterised by their intensive use of syncopation and polyrhythms…………..what ever i love breakbeat. Krafty Kuts, Plump DJs and Stanton Warriors definetly hold up the genre for me.
Plump DJs – Doppler Doppler has a driving techy feel to it that works itself into a slightly glitch inspired breakdown but then simply tears the roof off once it drops.
Brothers Bud tracks have found refuge in Having found a home in the boxes of the Plump DJs, Dreadzone, Rennie Pilgrem, Kid Kenobi and Ali B and as a result have been signed onto the Finger Lickin label.
