    DJ kris Taylor Bio

Kris Taylor has been a fanatic of house music since his mid teens, which has then seen his fascination grow to what it is today.

He started as a basic clubber, going to all the London clubs, listening to lots of different house music, and lots of different dj’s, Sacha, John Digweed, Frankie knuckles etc, giving him a various love of electronic house music.

As his love of the genre grew, he began djing, in bars to start off with, with his first ever club gig coming at the impressive Pacha London for Twisted Disco. Gigs started coming fairly regular after that, playing at numerous bars and clubs around the area and outside.

With his knowledge of the scene becoming increasingly varied, he started listening to more top djs, going to London club nights, seeing what kind of music they were playing, etc. listening to people like Fergie, Steve Angello, Sister bliss, Tania Von Pear, Jon Gurd, Dave Robertson, Rhythm Code, Noir, just to name a few.

As he moved on, he attended the subbass dj academy in London, and enrolled on a dj course, which he found extremely intuitive and also a few month later found him self back there again, learning new production techniques, which helped out tremendously.

The next year, he again got to play at Pacha London, as well as playing at Junk Club, Southampton with the likes of Style of eye, Mr. C, Tim Sheridan, Shane watcha, Jerome Sydenham, amongst others.

As he progresses in his career, 2009 has seen him earn even more gigs, with possible glade festival opportunities on the horizon, and a production schedule that has become very busy with 3 tracks already signed and released to labels, and 3 more waiting to be released, it has been quite a successful time for Kris so far this year.

So all in all, 2009 has been a huge success so far, getting his name out into the industry as much as possible, and his production ability gaining more respect with each production, looks like being a very exciting year ahead.Have a listen to his tracks.
