Raffertie Wonks It Out
Up and coming DJ/Producer, Raffertie, is currently based in Birmingham. Rafferite holds a residency at London based night, Hold Tight, who in the last few months have had the likes of Dexplicit and Benga headline their nights.
Raffertie has remixed the likes of Faithless, Peaches, Chaka Kahn and Chris Brown amongst others. He has recorded several mixtapes in 2008, most notably for New York based record label No Love Lost Records (NLLR) which can be downloaded here:

Im really into Raffertie's wonky style with breakbeat and garage influences with heavy twisting basslines. His mixtape blends genres seemlessly drawing unique links between tracks most DJs wouldn't dare to mix. There is a lot of potential for Raffertie who has not only shown himself to be a respectable DJ, but a confident producer with original ideas and a great unheard style.
